Shipping
All orders are shipped prepaid and add via the most economical method.  Freight charges will be added to your invoice.  We ship UPS whenever possible.  Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.

Pick Up

Pick up is available from our Buffalo, NY location only.  Please contact customer service at (800) 766-9001 if you would like to pick up your order.

Returns
Please contact us via email at custsvc@jamestowncontainer.com or call us at (800) 766-9001 for return instructions.   Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit.  Customers will be responsible for freight charges on canceled or returned orders.  A 15% restocking fee is applied to all canceled or returned orders.

Pricing
While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.

Freight Policy

Jamestown Container Companies offers free local delivery for orders over $1,000.  "Local" includes Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua & Cattaraugus counties in New York state.  "Local" also includes Erie, Crawford & Warren counties in Pennsylvania.  Orders that fall below the $1,000 minimum for free local delivery are subject to a $160 flat rate delivery fee or UPS charges, whichever is least expensive. Local orders below $150 are subject to a $75 flat rate fee or UPS charges, again, whichever is least expensive.
